Applications for Fall 2009 enrollment are due no later than September 1, 2009.  Classes fill up quickly, so don't wait!

2.  Fill it out completely and mail back to:

3.  First-time applicants include the $25 application fee.  Checks can be made out to "SBCMP"

ADULT PROGRAMS
Applications for Fall 2009 enrollment are due August 15, 2009.  Applications received after the deadline are not guaranteed entrance.  All new applicants must take an entrance audition.  Details are below.

4.  Once the application is received you will be contacted to schedule a playing evaluation.

5.  You will be notified of your acceptance within 3 business days of the audition.

PRE-COLLEGE DIVISION
